FF4K will be held on Monday's only - from 3:30 - 4:30.

 2008 - 2009 school year:

Welcome back!  FF4K will begin on Monday, September 22nd 2008.  Sessions will be held every Monday & Thursday from 3:30 - 4:30.  Our kick-off session was a big success - we served 40 enthusiastic 4th - 6th graders!!  Ms. Stephanie & Ms. Denise are looking forward to a very rewarding, healthy academic school year.

2007-2008 school year

Functional Fitness 4 Kids held it's first session on 4/14/08 to 3rd & 4th grade students and faculty at Fort Foote ES in Ft. Washington.

Sessions will be held on Monday's & Thursday's from 3:45-4:45 for 3rd & 4th graders .

Beginning on May 5th, students in 4th & 5th grade will join us for a second session: 4:45 - 5:45, also on Monday's & Thursday's.
