FF4K offers a youth demonstration and two types of professional workshops, which can be modified upon request to meet your specific needs.

Options are as follows:

1) FF4K Interactive Youth Fitness Demonstration:

The FF4K instructors will visit your facility and conduct a fitness lesson(s) with your students (4th - 8th grade). We will provide all necessary fitness equipment. FF4K can conduct the lesson up to 6-times during the day, or as a one-time after-school activity. The session will run for approximately 1-hour. Teachers are encouraged to "work-out" with us!

Cost:

$850 for a full school day + travel expenses*

$300 for the after-school activity + travel expenses*

2) FF4K Professional Workshops:

Basic Workshop: FF4K will provide an interactive workshop for up to 50 adults. Our workshop will include several types of effective fitness routines, such as: circuit training, large group training, line training, and station training. After the workshop is over, we answer all related questions. Each person in attendance will receive a 6-week outline, which contains 6 different workout routines, and 6 nutrition tips!

The Basic Workshop lasts approx. 2 hours. Be prepared to sweat!

Instructor Workshop: This workshop is designed for fitness professionals interested in implementing the FF4K program at their facility. FF4K's Professional Workshop will include all elements of the Basic Workshop (above), but will be more in-depth - each routine will be demonstrated and practiced. We will also include an official FF4K Instructor Manual, designed to help facilitate the implementation of a successful youth fitness program. The Instructor Manual contains several sample routines, exercise list, nutrition tips and more! This Instructor Workshop lasts approx. 3 hours.

FF4K (Group) Youth Fitness Certification: This is an "add-on" option to the FF4K Instructor Workshop. Immediately following the Instructor Workshop, a written and interactive certification examination will be given. Individuals passing the certification exam will be eligible to implement the FF4K program in their school/community, and will have access to program updates, support, continuing education and professional growth opportunities.

The Certification Exam is 1 hour. All who pass the exam will receive an official certification.

$30 per participant + the cost of the Instructor Workshop

2-day Demonstration/Workshop:

Day 1: Student demonstration + Basic Instructor workshop

Day 2: In-depth workshop & Certification

$1800 + travel expenses*

*Travel Expenses will consist of a $30 per day meal allowance, airfare/mileage and accommodations. FF4K will make every attempt to keep travel expenses as low as possible, and will provide you with exact costs in advance. FF4K will also provide certification discounts for large groups, and for multiple day workshops.
